Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on DealsGoKart, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

• You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts in India.
• Wholesale buyers must furnish a valid GSTIN. Failing GST verification limits cart access.
• Suppliers must be GSTIN-registered businesses authorised to sell the goods listed.

Listings on DealsGoKart represent surplus, liquidation or excess inventory. Suppliers warrant that:

• Goods are 100% original and lawfully obtained.
• Brand tags, MRP labels and packaging are not tampered.
• Quantities, sizes, ratios and shades match the listing.

Brand names may be undisclosed on listings for catalog compliance, but provenance is preserved.

• Tiered MOQ pricing shown is indicative. Final price is the one confirmed via the Request Quote (RFQ) flow.
• Prices exclude shipping and applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• GST is auto-calculated per HSN code and category at checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, Netbanking, Cards, Wallets) or via approved B2B credit terms (Net 30/60/90 subject to admin approval). Order is confirmed only after payment success — failed payments do not reserve stock.

• Counterfeit or grey-market goods are strictly prohibited.
• Re-selling buyer GST/PAN data outside DealsGoKart is prohibited.
• Scraping product or pricing data without written permission is prohibited.
• Account sharing or multi-accounting is prohibited.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the value of the order giving rise to the claim, or ₹50,000 — whichever is lower. DealsGoKart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may close your account anytime by writing to dealsgokart@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes ≥ ₹3 lakh may go to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (sole arbitrator, seat Bengaluru, English).

We may revise these Terms; the updated version takes effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
