Shipping Policy

• Shiprocket (primary aggregator — auto-assigns the cheapest serviceable courier)
• Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express — for specific lanes
• Heavy/bulk B2B lots ≥ 500 kg ship via dedicated transporters with documented LR

ETAs are indicative. Force majeure events may extend delivery.

• Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Orders after 2 PM ship the next working day.
• B2B bulk lots (> 100 pieces) may require 1-2 additional days for pick-and-pack.

• Retail (B2C) orders < ₹999 attract a flat ₹49 shipping charge. ≥ ₹999 ships free.
• Wholesale (B2B) shipping is quoted per lot based on volumetric weight + zone. Final shipping charge appears in your RFQ acceptance.
• Heavy lots may require freight-on-delivery (FOD) — clearly indicated before order confirmation.

Once dispatched, you receive an AWB number on your registered email and on /buyer dashboard → Orders. Tracking updates flow in via Shiprocket's webhook and progress through: Manifested → Picked Up → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

• Retail orders ship in tamper-evident plastic mailers or 5-ply corrugated cartons.
• Wholesale lots ship in master cartons (100 pcs/box for apparel, sealed) with shipping label, packing slip and GST invoice taped externally.

• You are responsible for accurate shipping address & pincode at checkout.
• Return-to-origin (RTO) due to incorrect address: shipping is non-refundable and we may charge re-shipping.
• Three failed delivery attempts will return the shipment to our warehouse. Re-dispatch is at buyer cost.
