Privacy Policy

DealsGoKart India runs www.dealsgokart.com, a B2B wholesale and B2C retail marketplace for branded liquidation and surplus inventory. We are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this policy, "we", "us" or "DealsGoKart" refers to the operator.

• Identification: name, email, phone, role (buyer / supplier)
• Business KYC: company name, GSTIN, PAN, CIN, business address
• Transactional: orders, RFQs, invoices, returns, credit-line requests
• Payment metadata: Razorpay payment IDs (we never store card numbers)
• Technical: IP, user-agent, session JWT, audit-log entries on PDF invoice downloads

• To fulfil orders, ship goods and raise GST invoices
• To verify buyer/supplier identity (KYC) before unlocking wholesale features
• To service credit-line requests and recover dues
• To detect fraud and abusive access (incl. invoice-download audit trail)
• To improve product recommendations and search relevance

We share only what's necessary:

• Suppliers receive buyer name, shipping address, GSTIN and PAN on accepted orders — required for GST invoicing. PAN access is watermarked + logged.
• Razorpay processes your payment (their privacy policy applies).
• Shiprocket (or other logistics partner) receives shipping address only.
• We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Order data and GST invoices are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 1 year after closure. Audit logs are retained for 3 years.

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies + JWT. Payments go through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) — we never see card data. All PDF invoice accesses are logged per DPDPA requirements.

We use session cookies for authentication and a localStorage token as a fallback. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
