Return & Refund Policy

• Retail (B2C, MOQ < 10): Return request must be filed within 72 hours of delivery.
• Wholesale (B2B, MOQ ≥ 10): Return request must be filed within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by lot inspection photos/videos.

• Damaged on arrival (visible packaging or product damage)
• Wrong item shipped (SKU mismatch)
• Quality issue (manufacturing defect, missing accessories)
• Not as described (size, shade or assortment ratio mismatch)
• Delivery delay > 2x committed ETA

• Change of mind on liquidation/surplus lots (sold as-is)
• Goods used, washed, altered or tags removed
• Mixed-shade assortment lots after partial use
• Items past the eligibility window above

1. Log in to your buyer dashboard and open /buyer → Orders tab.
2. Expand the delivered order and click Request Return / Refund.
3. Select the reason, write a description (min 10 chars), attach photos.
4. Submit. You'll see the request in the Returns tab with status Pending.

1. Our team reviews within 48 business hours.
2. If approved, we issue a reverse pickup AWB. Keep the original packaging.
3. After warehouse inspection, refund is initiated.
4. Refund hits your original payment method in 5-10 business days (UPI/cards/netbanking) or is credited to your DealsGoKart wallet (B2B credit users).

• Full refund of product value + shipping fee — if the fault is ours.
• Product value only (shipping not refunded) — if the buyer changes mind on an eligible category.
• GST is refunded proportionally — a credit note will be issued.

If you disagree with our decision, escalate to dealsgokart@gmail.com within 7 days. Unresolved cases ≥ ₹3 lakh may go to arbitration (see Terms § 11).
